Art Director: Reinventing the Visual Identity of an International News Channel

My contribution to this project

As the Art Director within the graphic department of an international news channel, I had the unique opportunity to shape the aesthetic and visual identity of the brand.

My role was pivotal in managing a dynamic team of motion designers, ensuring creative synergy between the graphic department and the teams of journalists.

My primary mission was to orchestrate a bold rebranding, profoundly transforming the image of the channel in an ever-evolving media landscape.

The challenge of this project was not only in the visual overhaul but also in implementing it across three different languages, requiring careful attention to the cultural and linguistic diversity of our global audience. I led the rebranding with strategic vision, ensuring that each graphic element conveyed the essence of the channel while respecting the cultural nuances specific to each language.

Under my leadership, the team of motion designers innovated by creating captivating visuals and sophisticated animations that revitalized news presentation, making information not only more accessible but also more engaging for an international audience.

This teamwork established a stronger connection between journalistic content and its viewers, enriching the visual experience for the audience.

The rebranding process was an intense period of collaboration, innovation, and creativity. In close cooperation with the teams of journalists, we succeeded in creating a visual identity that reflects the channel's values: integrity, diversity, and innovation. The new design not only changed the face of the channel but also set a new standard in the visual presentation of information internationally.

This experience highlighted my commitment to creative excellence and my ability to lead complex projects in a multicultural and multilingual environment. It demonstrates my passion for design and visual communication, as well as my willingness to push the boundaries of graphic innovation in the media sector.
